It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that The Right Luke operates in the geographical area required.

Appointments
Appointments with The Right Luke will take place between the hours of 10am and 8pm. Exceptions will be made for evening and weekend consultations at the discretion of Luke Sutton.
All bookings should be made at least a week in advance to avoid disappointment. To make an appointment please call 07731557689 or email lukesutton@lukesutton.net. All fees are due in full before the start of a consultation.

Rescheduling
There may be situations when rescheduling a confirmed booking by a client is necessary. Bookings can be cancelled or altered until 2 days prior to your consultation. Any later than this and you may be subject to a cancellation/alteration fee.

Payment
All services must be paid for in advance of the service by cash, bank transfer or via the secure online PayPal invoicing facility. Once payment has been processed, Luke Sutton will contact you to arrange an appointment.
The online invoicing facility (should you choose this payment method) is securely provided by an eBay company, PayPal, a major online payment facility provider. PayPal uses a market leading secure payment system, which encrypts potentially sensitive information by Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) providing the best possible protection on the internet. Look out for the padlock symbol at the bottom of your screen whenever you are asked to submit your credit card data. All card details are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website. Once the payment has been validated and approved, your credit card details are deleted. No card details are received or retained by The Right Luke, further ensuring your security. This means that you will need to repeat your credit card details for every order, but ensures your order is always safe with The Right Luke.

Appointment Duration
Average appointment durations are stated on most descriptions. If appointments run over time due to circumstance or the client's request, an additional hourly rate will be charged, which will be agreed with the client at the time. Full day bookings and special requests are welcomed and will be charged accordingly.

Breaks
Short meal and snack breaks will be taken during most appointments at the discretion of the client and are not charged for. Refreshment breaks include drinks throughout initial consultation and personal shopping consultation and a light lunch whilst we shop.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash in either full or part. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for twelve months from the date of issue. Bookings must be made before the expiry date stated on the gift voucher and it is the responsibility of the purchaser or the voucher owner to arrange the booking. Gift vouchers are only valid once The Right Luke has received full payment. The Right Luke accepts no responsibility for expired gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers will normally be dispatched within two working days unless a specified later delivery date is requested. Where possible I will try to meet all delivery requirements but The Right Luke shall not be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the delivery date and time indicated at the time of order being placed. 'Loss' in this instance includes but is not limited to, compensation for loss of profit, damage to good will, and any damages, charges or other expenses.

Cancellations
Bookings can be cancelled or altered until 2 days prior to your consultation. Any later than this and you may be subject to a cancellation/alteration fee of £30 minimum.

Exchanges
Exchanges on any services are at the discretion of The Right Luke.

Security
For your security, and peace of mind, credit card details are not passed to The Right Luke. Instead I use PayPal, one of the world's leading companies handling secure credit card transactions. You can rest assured that the information passed between your computer and my business cannot be read by anyone else. Price Changes
The Right Luke reserves the right to make price changes on their website without prior notice, but guarantee that no price increase will apply to any confirmed paid orders made by a customer for collection on a date after which a price increase has been made.

Contact Information
The Right Luke will never sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease your contact information to anyone. I ask that my information is treated the same way. Please do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease my contact information found on this website or use it for sales or marketing purposes.

Email Privacy
The Right Luke maintains an email list to keep customers informed about events, offers, news and tips. Individuals must affirmatively ask to join my mailing lists by registering on The Right Luke or Mailchimp website. I do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on my list to anyone.
